Utrecht fMRI Course 2016

Utrecht fMRI Course 2016

Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated (Confucius)

About the course

Our fMRI course will take place 4 - 7 October 2016. This annual course in Utrecht, the Netherlands, has been organized for more than 10 years now and is visited by many international scholars each year. All lectures and practicals are conducted in English.

The program is divided into 3 days of basic topics and a 1½ day of advanced topics (resting state fMRI, effective connectivity and machine learning). The course is suitable for both beginners to fMRI and for more advanced researchers who want to expand their knowledge. Each day comprises theory in the morning and practical sessions in the afternoon, providing a well-balanced program. For a full list of the topics covered and the lecturers, visit the course website.

The course is commissioned by the Brain Center Rudolf Magnus, UMC Utrecht, and organized by Brain Science Tools BV, a UMC Utrecht spinoff company. Lecturers and practical supervisors are experienced and renowned imaging scientists from several institutes in the Netherlands.
