Inaugural internal conference for public engagement at the University of Cambridge

Please join us for the first internal conference for public engagement at the University of Cambridge!  If you are leading or coordinating public engagement, this conference is for you! It will provide a professional development and networking opportunity across the university. Come learn from each other and from external experts at the new beautiful, inspiring Storey’s Field Centre. Meet your public engagement colleagues around the university so we can create a vibrant community of practice.

What can you expect?

This is an internal conference for University of Cambridge staff and researchers. The afternoon will consist of a mix of plenary sessions and practical workshops covering a range of topics:

  • Planning and evaluating your project
  • Finding, and connecting with new audiences in the city and region
  • Why should we engage?
  • Linking public engagement with research and planning for REF impact
