Want free training in engaging people with comedy?

The next Bright Club training session will be held on Friday, 27th January at 3:30pm at the Perceval Room in the Pitt Building.

Bright Club is a regular comedy night featuring academics (alongside conventional comedians), who try to communicate their work through stand up comedy!

The session will take approximately 2 hours and aims to cover what to expect on the night, what not to expect, and what works well. By the end of the session, you should be equipped with everything you need to do a Bright Club set (handouts will be provided).  Taking part in the training does not oblige participants to take part in any future Bright Club event.

The organisers will be looking for volunteers to fill the remaining spots for ‘Bright Club - Breaking Boundaries’ on Friday, 9th March and for a future event on Friday, 11th May.
