Postgraduate students and post docs invited to Design Thinking for Health Workshop (4 May 20123; Judge Business School)

Design Thinking for Health

Calling for graduates and postgraduates interested in healthcare innovation and ready to explore solutions to real healthcare challenges!

The Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning and Cambridge Accelerator has teamed up with Doctorpreneurs.net, and a host of industry experts and Design Thinking aficionados, to create this fantastic opportunity to learn, first-hand, how Design Thinking can be used to innovate in health and healthcare.

A FREE one-day workshop focused on digital health will include interdisciplinary teams (medical professionals, engineers, designers, MBA students, data scientists and more) who, will work on creating innovative digital solutions to healthcare challenges. Each team will include a qualified doctor and challenges will be based on real problems and opportunities that they have experienced as practising clinicians.

The focus will be on gaining first-hand experience of the Design Thinking process and learning how this process (which combines both creative and analytic approaches) can be applied to any innovation challenge, including challenges in healthcare.
