The Royal Society Grants Team is visiting the University of Cambridge on the 28h of January 2020.
During the visit, they will give a talk open to everyone which will include: o A presentation from Royal Society grants staff about the different funding options and advice on how to apply (30 minutes). o Presentations from Royal Society Research Fellows based at Cambridge covering their experiences of applying for and holding funding from the Society (around 30 minutes). o Q&A session (up to 30 minutes). o Networking and informal questions with refreshments (around 45 minutes).
This meeting will be held in the JJ Thomson and Rayleigh seminar rooms, located in the level 2 of the Maxwell Centre (Cavendish Laboratory, JJ Thomson Avenue, Cambridge CB3 0HE), at 10:00am-12:15pm.
The session will be chaired by Dr Peter Hedges, Head of the University Research Office.
