Mental Health Awareness Week and The Staff Virtual Benefits and Wellbeing Roadshow

This year, the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Nature and the Environment and the Clinical School has organised a number of virtual events over a two week period. The first week includes numerous courageous and inspirational guest speakers including Neil Laybourn and Jonny Benjamin MBE (Strangers on the Bridge) interviewed by Ed Bullmore, Richard McCann shares his very personal story about how he turned his life around following the death of his mother and a difficult upbringing where he will share tips and strategies on resilience, through to talks on mental health and children by Tamsin Ford and Paul Fletcher will be delivering a great talk on psychosis. There will be exercise classes and much more. Week two is packed full of talks on staff benefits including hearing from the Reward Team, Staff Counselling, recruiting Apprentices through to talks on posture and payroll giving and much more.
