Have you worked with a health tech SME in the East of England?

If you have spent 12 hours or more working with an SME in the East of England related to any health tech project between 31st May 2013 (or if you can squeeze in 12 hours between now and 31st Mar 2015), you could be eligible (with minimal effort by you) for a grant of £1000 per SME. The funding is available from Med Tech Catalyst, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

The SME must be:

·         based in the East of England (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk or Suffolk)

·         in the medical technology, assisted living or telehealth sector

·         less than 250 employees and turnover less than €50m

·         in receipt of less than €200,000 from any source of government funding within the last three years unless from notified schemes such as SMART

·         privately owned or not more than 25% owned by a non-SME organisation

If you have any queries, please just email/give me a ring, or contact Hak Salih from MedTechCatalyst If you fit the criteria this is a very low effort way of getting some additional money.
