Interests

The primary motive of my research is to understand the role that the superior colliculus plays in mouse movement and decision-making. I employ in vivo 2-photon calcium imaging and the design of novel behavioural tasks in order to examine the cellular basis of movements generated by the superior colliculus and other related motor regions of the brain.
