Dr Ayan Sengupta

Interests

My research is centered on Neuroimaging, specifically Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI). I am particularly interested in Ultra-high field human fMRI and the application of machine learning and other computational modelling in understanding how the visual and tactile information are represented in different parts of the brain.

My work in Cambridge is to develop novel methods for Brain imaging using Cambridge’s new ultra-high field 7T MRI scanner. I am funded by the Cambridge NIHR Biomedical Research Centre.
