Implantable neural interfaces offer the potential to record large amounts of electrophysiological neural recordings which drive body activity. However, for these recordings to be of use in research or for the delivery of therapies, they must be extensively filtered, processed, and correlated with body activity. This project will involve the development of a MATLAB toolbox for the processing of electrophysiological recordings gathered from implantable neural interfaces. The toolbox will build upon existing filtering and processing software tools used in the field of electrophysiology, and will adapt these for use with the implantable technologies developed in the Malliaras Bioelectronics lab.
