My research interest is to develop in vivo neuroimaging techniques to understand the molecular process underlying physiological and pathological states of brain. My research uses novel positron emission tomographic (PET) radioligands in vitro and in vivo. I am working closely with molecular imaging chemistry laboratory of Prof Franklin Aigbirhio. Currently, in collaboration with Prof John O’Brien I am working on project to investigate molecular mechanisms in dementia. In addition to PET, I am working on novel magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) methods in collaboration with Prof Ferdia Gallagher. Research Focus
