Introduction to Stereology for Neuroscientists
What: A two day course to be held immediately prior to the Meeting of the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS)
When: July 12-13, 2012
Where: Hotel Hesperia del Mar, Barcelona.
Organizer: Mark West, Professor of Medical Neurobiology, author of the most cited scientific papers dealing with the application of modern stereological methods to nervous system anatomy.
Aim: The goal of the workshop is to teach a small group of research scientists how to design, supervise, and critically evaluate stereological studies of the nervous system.

Course Fee: €950: includes all teaching materials required for the course (Workbook and Simulator Software), lunch, coffee breaks and snacks at Hotel Hesperia del Mar in Barcelona.
