Cambridge Neuroscience is proud to host its first technical lecture, on the subject of neural transfection, in association with Life Technologies. The Lecture will take place in the Department of Pharmacology on Thursday, 14th June from 17.30-18:30 and will be followed by a wine reception.
Dr Alberto Chinali is the Regional Marketing Development Manager at Life Technologies and their expert in neural transfection. He will be in Cambridge on June 14th 2012. During this lecture, he will share his experience with neural transfection. In the past few months, Life Technology’s R&D division has carried out studies to demystify transfection protocols by holistically characterizing the conditions, which really play a fundamental role in giving the best efficiency and cell survival. He will present data on primary neurons identifying the parameters that really matter for success and giving you a few tips and tricks to get the most out of neuron transfection.
