Interests

Arko is studying dendritic spine plasticity in neurons derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC). In the latter he is modelling synaptic development in the autistic brain, with a particular interest in activity dependent dendritic plasticity and signalling pathways involved in cytoskeletal rearrangement.
