Interests

I am interested in the application of multivariate and machine learning methods to the analysis of neuroimaging data. I have a background of applying these methods to fMRI data in the classification of pain states, but here as a part of my PhD I wish to use machine learning techniques to MEG data. As a part of James Rowe's group I will be looking at data related to volition and decision making with potential application to Parkinson's disease and using machine learning to perform classification on data collected. In addition I will be working with intracranial EEG (IEEG or aka ECoG) data received from Tristan Bekinschtein in order to perform direct comparison between this and MEG data from the CBU.
